Process
The most common way is that you provide
us the workpiece you want to coat as
well as the the coating material. We
send you the finished product so as
to confirm the quality. If the finished
product is acceptable to you then we
start making the coating machine.
Or you may allow us to find a workpiece
here and work out the finishing with
your designated material. We will
send you the sample to confirm.
Once the mahine is made, we will
inform you to come to our factory
for a final inspection. You may decide
whether you need us to send some technicians
to your plant to assemble the machine
or you do it by yourselves.
After-sale
Services
1, On site installation
We send 1-2 technicians and salesman
to your plant to assemble the machine.
But all the spending of the technicians
and salesman arised during the installation
(start and end at our airport), including
two way air tickets, accommodation
and traffic fees in your country,
etc. shall be on your account.
Usually it takes 7 days.
2, Training
You are required to have your technician
or factory operation manager on site
so we can finish the training including
operation and maintenance.
3, Half a year free maintenance including
part cost if the machine does not
work properly and your operation is
correct.
4, Quick supply of spare parts, targets,
testing equipments, etc.
5, Life long support to your technical
consulting on the process, maintance,
upgrade, etc.
6, Quick response to your problem
tackling.
